South Eastern class 395s

I used the Javelins from Ashford International to Canterbury West back in May, and I was simply taken aback by the sheer comfort of these units! On top of that I had a rather pleasent female conductor who welcomed us all with a nice smile (either that or it was gas), and I was able to use my Go Ahead pass!

I don't however agree with the return journey when the PA declares that the "normal" tickets aren't valid to St. Pancras, what a way to make us feel like lower class. Luckily, I coughed up the excess and enjoyed a very nice, fast and comfortable journey!

Thumbs up Southeastern, although it's a sham ethey are not built by Bombardier!

Yes and no. I think the 377s are great trains, and the 378s look amazing. However, there's no excuse for poor reliability and having things like toilet doors failing after a matter of days.

So, let's say Bombardier design good trains and then employ idiots to build them. Get the quality control up and everything will be just fine.
