South and West Yorkshire Tickets

[CharlieMac30]

Hello,

I was wondering whether there is a way to get an SY TravelMaster or WY MCard that permits travel into the other region.

Many thanks

There's only a bus only one unfortunately. Train has to be a WY and a SY PTE season ticket or you buy a National Rail Point to Point Season eg Wakefield to Meadowhall

SY Travelmaster Gold Allows travel to the West Yorkshire stations of Denby Dale, Moorthorpe (nice café) and South Elmsall( short distance from Moorthorpe on the Leeds Doncaster route).

...and to fully cover both areas you would need to have both tickets, and to cross the boundary on trains that call at the four shared stations - the three above in WY, plus Darton (which is technically in SY, but is also valid for both passes).
