Hey,

Im having some troubles with adding announcements and additional horns with Open BVE. I used the same software and ways that i used when adding it to BVE4 and it worked fine.

I'm trying to do it for the Bakerloo and Circle lines in OpenBVE. When I add it, I don't get any error messages, the sound just sounds high pitched and distorted. At first, I thought it was because they were for BVE2 but I checked the settings and it's in the same format as the NYC lines which work fine.

Can anyone shed some light?

Thanks

Hi,

If you read Michelle's developer log, and some of the posts in her forum, you'll see that there are still sound problems with openBVE. (In this thread, there's a long, tecchie explanation!). I've also posted there my experience. Try doing what I did, and see if it makes any difference...

Regards

Regarding sounds in OpenBVE, I noticed on some locos/units that the engine sounds stop if I full throttle from standing.
