On Sunday morning the 0100 is diverted around Gatwick due to engineering. It now runs Victoria - East Croydon (reverse) - Norwood Junction (reverse) - West Croydon - Dorking - Horsham (reverse) - Three Bridges (reverse) - Haywards Heath - Brighton.

So 4 reverses and taking almost 2 hours! Better than a replacement bus though! Also gives the first scheduled service passing through East and West Croydon in a fair while I'm guessing

Engineering works between Three Bridges and East Croydon overnight on Saturday, seems like plenty of diversions and buses running then

It was late, and then arrived 43 minutes early due to time change!

EDIT: is that yet another reversal I see? Looks like it went via Hove too! Sounds like some random straightforward BLS tour or some route planned for a 377 farewell tour!

Oh for a time machine when you could do similar diversions on the ED hauled passenger carrying newspaper trains.

(the ones in the public timetable advertised as far as Horsham or Eastbourne as the Brighton was vans only IIRC).
