After a recent re-format of my hard drive I have lost the Network West Midlands Route, which has obviously disappeared with sound files fiasco...

I'm not asking for help in locating it of course as that would be naughty...

Sorry mate, after a reformat thats it.... Ive had mine done 3 times and everything has gone, theres now to HDDs in my computer now so my memory is excess 700GB.

It is possible to recover files, but you usually have to pay for the software.

True, but I generally only backup important files, things that can be redownloaded without too much hassle I don't bother with.
