I'm not gay (I want to be a parent too much)(and be like Gilbert in Anne of Green Gables)(except for the barely speaking for years thing), but I like Gay people. They're dead easy to get along with. I actually find straight members of my own gender the ones I most want to smash in the face with a Marks & Spencers Broccoli Quiche.

Absolutly not, if either me or me other half get a 9 to 5 job we're going to start fostering, or maybe adopt if I can cope with kids, suppose I can work stupid shifts in the highlands

Yeah. See, fostering is great, but I'd hate to get all attached to the kid and then have to give it back!

You could always find a surrogate mother? So then your kid is actually yours.

so he can have all my inherative problems, just looks to be somthing so much more rewarding, regular restbite fostering would be nice, take them for the weekend, help with homeowork, take em to blackpool etc.. then hand em back when I go back to work

Yeah. It's a great thing to do. Although you've got to remember that (stereotypical view) the kids probably won't be too happy about being with a new family. Also, as they most likely won't have been raised too well, they'll probably be a little "wtf" about being in a family with two men. I dunno...I know all adoption/foster kids aren't the same, but alot of them don't seem to be too happy about things...

I used to teach a room of 34 hormonal army cadets with guns telling them how to use the safly. and they lisened to me, most of the outranked me on rank, because I was a specialist instructor and still only a L/Cpl, the normal was to be a Sgt or S/Sgt by then hehehe

We dont have any anti-gay laws in the army here do we? Cause I was watching The L Word (haha, so, so gay) and there's a storyline at the moment where a woman was being prosecuted on suspect of homosexuality.

No, but we have sheite attitudes among the commanding officers in the TA, I never came out in cadets, L/Cpl only came from bribary and corruption, I was a Cadet (lowest Rank rank) while at the highest standard training level you get to before specialising!
