I can't see in there any mention of the rail for HS2.
I suspect it isn't included in this contract which will be for Network Rail's own requirements over the next 5 years.
HS2 Ltd awarded its track systems contract to a Ferrovial/BAM Nuttall JV, with the comment that rail would be supplied via Network Rail (with some specialist rail from Voestalpine).
I'd expect the NR supply for HS2 would also come from Scunthorpe.

It is essentially a continuation of current supply. So good news and commitment to use some UK sourced rail, but the volumes look low.
