So I applied for 2 jobs with GA one at AUD as a ticket office clerk and a platform supervisor at ELY today I received a letter telling me I have been given the opportunity to take an assessment day for the platform supervisors role at Ely.

Question 1. What is included in the assessment

Question 2. As I have been offered the day for Ely will I still be considered for the AUD post

Not sure if Greater Anglia takes the same approach as NXEA but when I applied to Cambridge depot as a driver a few years ago, I was given 3 choices of jobs to apply for so I put Cambridge driver as my first choice followed by Cambridge dispatcher.

When I asked them if I would be considered for the dispatcher job if I didn't get the driver job, they told me that it didn't matter as I had put driver as my first choice so it would be driver or nothing.

Good luck with the assessment, I've applied myself but have yet to hear from them for two jobs I've applied for - might have to wake up their HR later....
