16:00 and it's finally snowing as promised (albeit only visible with a magnifying glass). Makes a change from the rain I guess. What about where you are?

Been snowing on and off all day here, nothing more than a light covering has survived though, and its hailing now...

Fair bit of snow this morning in Scunthorpe and at Caenby Corner. "Interesting" drive to work as well

About two hours of snow, and is now lying a wee bit. Most of it's gone already 'cos it's too wet!

We're getting heavier snow tommorrow, apparently, so that'll be nice.

Boring here hopefully we'll get some tomorrow (although trains better not be cancelled! Im risking it with the Whifflet line then to Hamilton :| eek!)

Hamilton's rarely closed in my experience, it's the Whifflet line that's most likely to be the problem.

The snow the weatherman precited hasn't materialised in Glasgow (yet), but there has been rain. So I imagine there won't be any lying snow in the near future up here.

Came down from Glencoe to littlehampton yesterday afternoon by citylink bus to Glasgow and then on by train via Edinburgh and London. There was quite heavy snow in the Crianlarich and Tyndrum Areas with a covering on the A82 and the bus taking it decidedly slow. The covering on the ground vanished as soon as we dropped down to Loch Lomond.
However after leaving Glasgow there was quite a bit in the central lowlands Croy onwards down to about Darlington. Fell asleep after then and there was nothing by the time I woke up at Kings Cross.
