Smoking on Trains

I'm currently smoking on a station platform, nobody has batted an eyelid but hopefully - ha, it won't - mean a railway employee turns up. So I'll carry on smoking!

Is that at Fishguard railway station? Wasn't this one where smoking was still legal?
