Smartcard/TOC wallets or holders.

I have been collecting wallets or card holders made by TOCs on my visits. So far I have wallets/card holders from the following TOCs:
c2c
Greater Anglia
Northern
Southeastern
Southern

I was wondering if anyone knew if any other TOCs made card holders, where they are able to take either on a shelf or if you ask in the ticket office.

I don't believe GWR and SWR do them, they have smartcards but I never see wallets in the ticket office and whenever I ask staff in the ticket office they give me a blue one, if you have a photo of one of them please feel free to share as I'm intrigued to see if they exist.

A lot of ticket wallets are mainly sent out when applying for a Smartcard these days. Especially TOC-specific.

I did actually get a GWR smartcard and SWR smartcard but no wallet came with it.
