Hi all; I'm hoping someone can help me out with this.

I'm planning a trip from London to Fort William on the sleeper next month and would like to come back on the sleeper the following day/night. However, I'd like to start my return journey from another station, perhaps Glasgow.

Which would be the best ticket? Would it be as simple as getting two 1st Singles? Seems quite an expensive way of doing it....

All help appreciated

Mr Cub.

Purchase a standard return
You will need to make this TO Fort William
You can then travel back the following day on the local service to Glasgow
You can then complete your journey on the Glasgow sleeper
If you are into locos, you can also opt for either Dalmuir or Westerton (but it will be the same loco that took you up to Fort William!), where the train goes via Edinburgh and joins the Aberdeen sleeper (where you can have your breakfast served) which then joins the Inverness sleeper

Purchase a solo occupancy berth reservation for £54 each
You can then upgrade the breakfast to First Class for £4 each

Try that and see if its cheaper
