I'm looking at a trip to the Highlands over the summer, for three adults and two children. I hold a TOC card, as do the two children travelling, as my dependants. Someone at work told me I can get cheap tickets from the ATOC website - something like 25 notes each way. I had a look this morning, and couldn't see the relevant info. However, I did look at the First Scotrail website, specifically the Caledonian Sleeper page, which tells me that certain advance fares are available, starting at 19 quid each way.
Basically, does anyone know how to get the relevant ticket through the ATOC website, or alternatively, can I get a Priv rate on the 19 quid advance tickets? (if they are actually available at the time I want to travel!!)
I'm looking at travelling to Fort William at around the middle of August. Midweek will probably be cheaper, so it's no trouble to travel then - as it's the summer holidays, and I have a holiday request in for two weeks around then anyway.
