Sleeper Fails at Euston

Just passed one of the sleeper portions coming out of Euston empty only to fail. Not sure if its blocked any of the platforms as I'm not familiar with the station layout but would certainly cause some chaos this morning, looked like it was straddling a set of points when I passed it on the overground.

Anyone have any other info?

5M16 slipped to a stand on the bank blocking some of the throat but on the move now, caused a few problems but nothing major
