Sleeper carriages movement on SVR

Does anybody know why the rake of sleeper carriages normally kept at Kidderminster moved up towards Bridgnorth today. They were pulled by Mayflower, I spotted it on the railcam on Youtube at Highley this afternoon at about 4pm. Just wondering why they were moved.

It was a loaded test run for Mayflower.

Spot on. LSL also owns the various ex Caledonian Sleeper and GWR Mk3s currently residing at Kidderminster, and while in storage there are often used to provide a load for test runs like this. They've previously been used behind 70000 'Britannia' and 60007 'Sir Nigel Gresley'.

No problem. I have to admit, I wouldn't mind being a passenger in that TC, or perhaps spending a night in one of those Berths for old times sake again. However, after at least 2/3 years away from an ETS supply, I can bet it's probably rather ahem, musty inside those Mk3s by now.
