Sleaford/Grantham to Chester & return

Been looking for advance singles and even tried splitting at various locations without success. Out early June weekday, back next weekday.

If no success, will consider buying HoE 3 in 7 day rover.

The idea is, we'd like to visit Chester/Gloucester/Oxford/Shrewsbury but return home every night, but Travelodge have £19 rooms.....

So are advance singles better that HoE rover or vice versa?
