Just seen a green slam-door set at Beckenham Junction *platform 4. Rail tour or commandeered by South Eastern to beat the snow?

Thanks for that. I'm a bit confused as to why I saw it in a bay platform at Beckenham - not exactly close to Shepherd's Bush or Olympia.

I passed the Hastings unit which was calling at Shepherds Bush station - I was on the UKRT train to Winchester going in the opposite direction which was diverted via Olympia & clapham junction as the booked route vie Kew Junctions was not available due to heavy snow.
(On the return journey we did go via Kew Junctions & were diverted via Harringay Curve instead of the Kings Cross Incline)

Also saw this in the Oberver today:

A punter has won £5,050 after placing a £50 wager that there would be disruption on Southeastern's Hastings to London line today. Roland Orchard, from St Leonards-on-Sea in East Sussex, had hired a vintage diesel train to take more than 200 people to the Olympia Horse Show in Kensington. He staked £50 at 100-1 several weeks ago, because, he said, "no insurance company was willing to cover the cost of the journey". In fact, the vintage diesel arrived safely at Kensington today. However, there were severe delays on the rest of the service and so the bet was a winner. Mr Orchard will be giving his winnings to charity.
