The Japanese English Language channel - NHK (Freesat 209 - also available on other platforms but not Freeview), will today (16 April 2020 at 16.30) show a train that is competing with the Shinkansen by offering more luxury. The weekly programme ‘Japan Railway Journal’ is repeated the following day (Friday) at 10.30am.
