Are Network Rail any futher forward with the demolition and rebuilding of the derelict buildings at Skegness? If not, when will it start?

Sorry, I can't help with your question but what exactly is being planned for Skegness?

It looked a bit of a state the last time I was there, but I suppose you could say that about the whole place... ;)

The plans seemingly involved demolishing the derelict buildings and station masters cottage, building new toilets and ticket hall, and improving facilities, with resurfaced concourse.

For my sins I was at Chav-on-sea last Sunday. The derelict buildings have been demolished, and some glass screens had been erected on the concourse. The demolished area was fenced off.
