43163 while undergoing repair had them applied. Hopefully it hasn't broken down, but should be on the way to Cornwall now around the Newbury area

It nearly didn't make it, technical fault with leading power car (Which was 163) after the reversal on Exeter St Davids earlier this evening. Was 25 down when I left it.

See today's RailwayCentre.com picture of the day by Colin Marsden. As he alludes to in the caption, the huge cost of applying a special livery to two HST power cars is rather negated by the fact that the web site being advertised does not work (as of mid-morning today)!

That's if it doesn't break down (again) <(

Do trains really "break down"?

Depends on who made them?

43021 Is the other power car, Another denamed one as 43021 was until this branding exercise ''Dave Austin - Cartoonist''

I can assure you 43021 isn't the other one.

43021 is still David Austin and sitting at OOC

Why didn't they use the advertising livery one for the plane shot? Confused!

And 43021 is currently at OOC with no power unit in it.

However much money is in these advertising deals, they still do not have an abundance of power cars to be able to stop them for a day just to have stickers applied.

Does anybody know what, if anything happened at Paddington this morning?
