I've still got a way to go, but I've just come back from assesments for ATW and passed.

I'd just like to say thankyou to everyone who has give an input on how to deal and prepare for this stage..... there's no way I could have done it without the people on this forum, thankyou very much.

Next stage(if they pick me or do they give everyone the structured interview??) is the structured interview and medical in 2 weeks time.

I was quite suprised by the age group I was in...... 12 of us in a group and they were mostly 35-48 yr old..... there was a woman who is 25.

I thought there may have been more younger people

ps..... mine and another candidates tests for the fast reaction didn't record on the system, so we had to resit it!!!!.

I think I done worse second time around

Anyway, I passed

I like the way ATW have broken down the assessment and given you guys a bit of a breather for the next stage.

The structured interview is usually a part of the assessment process, did you have any interview at all at this stage you have just done?

You don't know how lucky you are though for how speedy ATW is! I'm in the process with SWT but applied May 2012, had assessment October 2012 and now still waiting for the date for the structured interview!!! The process is so long in TOC's that don't quickly need drivers!
