There are no train simulators for console.
I heard dovetail may eventually bring it to Xbox 1 but definately no Sims for PS4.
Railway empire is a building tycoon but I couldn't get in to it at all.
3DS has some cheap sims but not very good.
Your better off with train simulator for pc.
GTA 5 would be your best bet, lots of trains. There's a driving mission in it although it's only brief.
Lots of planes you can fly though.
