Simple basic accommodation in Leeds (LS10)

Visiting friends who cannot actually accommodate me. I basically just need a bed for three consecutive nights - late night (around 10:30PM) until early morning (6-7AM).
Belle Isle Circus area preferred, otherwise within walking distance of 12/13 bus routes.
Any suggestions? It is for three nights (Wednesday-Friday inclusive) in either July or August.
