Significant price difference between Woolwich Arsenal and Woolwich

Exactly the same journey(only different is extra 5 mins walk from Woolwich Arsenal to Woolwich), below booking using Elizabeth line as starting point is almost double the price of using Woolwich Arsenal as starting point. Why is that happen?

The ticket to Woolwich on the Elizabeth Line will be issued to Zone U1234 and the GroupSave discount don't apply to such tickets.

It seems to me such system design is not ideal for same journey. Those who doesn’t know using Woolwich Arsenal railway station as starting point pays much more for nothing.
