I've been building a route - single-track at the moment apart from a junction at one end where it will join a future double-track route and a run-round loop at the terminus at the other end.

I've set up signals at the junction end and at the station at the end of the branch to 'protect' the run-round loop. I've used semaphore signals.

The signals work - they appear to indicate which way points are set and whether there's a train in the section facing them. However, they don't seem to take any notice of direction. For instance, as a train passes a home signal facing the opposite way, it goes up!

Is this normal on RW or is there a way of making signals on a single track directional?
