Signalling Problems Today, Romsey - Salisbury

Hi all, does anybody have any info on the nature of the problems between Romsey and Sailsbury this afternoon, around 4 o'clock-ish?! An associate of mine was travelling down that way and after a right time start from Romsey ended up 40 late at Salisbury, not a good stretch of the journey! He reported 'lots of stopping and starting' so presumably if it was a TCF it must have been multiple circuits which failed?

Was reported as a standard TCF by Salisbury box when a signal started flickering! The line was examined and found all clear! Then SWT 2S83 reported a gap in the rail at said location and emergency engineering works were started!

Something like that anyway!
