I got this one earlier after a bit of a breakdown at TBASC

The Signallers I used to train were informed that anything they input in the train descriptions can be seen by the Public. I even showed them Opentrains Maps to prove it and inputting a word on the Train Describer. Signallers basically use it as an information reminder. They do use other reminder appliances on signals to protect anything that needs it for safety.

A lot of Signallers do know of its existance but avoid the forum because of all the so called "Professionals" on here who seem to know it all and get agressive and argumentive when told they are wrong.

Trouble is, its easy to fix things with the benefit of hindsight when you are in possession of some of the facts and only thinking of the one issue at hand, rather than dealing with umpteen things at once without the full picture of any of them
