Hey guys,
I have an interview tomorrow at Rugby, any tips would be greatly appreciated, I work on the P-way but would really like to ditch the shovel and get a job that plays to my strengths. I think I did well at assessment, will they lean toward the top few or does it not matter where you passed?

Thanks in advance,

Hello mate, I actually work at rugby SCC. What time is your interview tomorrow?.

If u already work on the pway I'd expect to be asked about network rails non technical skills and how you have them (as a network rail employee I'm sure you know all the hype at the moment around "non technical skills")

I'm really not sure what they will ask you but if you want to come and have a look at the operation floor before hand or afterwards then I am on an early turn (06:30-13:30) and would be happy to show what we do and how it works

If I can be of any help mate then drop a post on here and I'll try and get back to you

All the best anyway!.

Yeah you can email. You can give me a text if you like as well (although I won't put that out over a website, so email me at the address below and if I shall reply with my number, if it's easier just to email then we can leave it at that. It's your call mate)

My name is alistair and my email is

ali_gutteridge@hotmail.com

Which p/way area do you work for at the moment?

Never a problem to assist people itchy, I know how hard it can be to get the railway job you want, so if I can help others I will always try
