I use this line a lot, maybe its just me but over last 3-4 weeks there have been multiple signal failures on this line, this cannot be "normal" ?

Some of the signalling infrastructure dates back to the opening of Paisley Signalling Centre in 1966!

Not just signalling that has been an issue recently
The line west of Paisley to Gourock was closed due to issues with the OHLE, ironically the section along the sea front at Saltcoats was still open and in use
The signalling south of Paisley (to Ayr) should be relatively reliable
Perhaps the issues stem from the upgrades taking place between Glasgow, Shields, and Paisley
Previously the route was closed and remained closed for longer than intended, resulting in it making the TV news

It's not much better on this side of the country.
In the last 3 weeks at Edinburgh I have been affected by two peak time evening failures in Princes Street gardens, and also failure on the WCML out at Kirknewton..
I am also aware of another 3 failures that have happened during the day in the same period. Things have been decidedly less reliable than normal recently.
