I think the sign could very well be real but the wording on the bottom is photoshopped as there is too much innuendo in a sign worded like that :D

I think the proper wording should be "Stand behind yellow line"

  • The 'noise' in the JPEG is similar around the large font and small font portions, suggesting that neither part was added later. It's a small image, though, and resizing (followed by a fresh round of compression noise) could drown out any previous photoshopping. A larger, original image would give more clues.
  • The begining of the bottom line ("or") isn't capitalised, and isn't even a complete sentence. This doesn't strike me as normal practice on these signs.
  • While the first two lines are left justified, the third line is centred.
