Sidings in Portsmouth?

RAIL suggests that there are new sidings being laid in Portsmouth to serve the docks..a new waste paper contract apparently. Excuse my ignorance please but where is the location and how do they tie in with the line from Fratton?

They are going to be in Fratton Yard with the last trip by road.

The 'old' yard at Fratton i think. They classed starting work as dumping aload of 60ft panels on top of 5 road a few years ago, awaiting laying
