Sickness policy

Just wondered if anyone has an idea about a generic TOC sickness policy as can't find anywhere.

With the latest C virus. Some staff have less than 6 months in and we understand that you don't receive any sick pay in first 6 months.

After this period what is the sickness policy for drivers, guards, station staff.

Any advice, links appreciated.

I'm on a six month FTC and sadly I don't get any sickness pay if I ring in sick - it was in my contract anyway when I started.

First port of call contract of employment/sickness policy. Remember that Unions will be keen on the issue so ask your local rep if in doubt.
