Shunting at Deeside

Seen a shunting locomotive (unsure of the class as only noticed last second) shunting some wagons in the myriad of sidings at the former Dee Marsh junction. Is this a regular occurrence? Does anyone know any details of this?

There are a couple of privately owned 08s based there, 08615 and 08823,so it was probably one of the pair.
