I have a season ticket from maidenhead to Paddington and usually take a gwr train to Paddington Upper level.
A few times this week due to disruption I've had to take a liz line to padd lower level.
I want to continue my journey on liz line from Paddington East but couldn't stay on the same train and instead had to go upstairs to tap in to then go back to platform I was on.
Initially I thought I may be in a unique situation as most people wanting to head east will have a season ticket to their final destination or a travel card. But overhearing some other people talking on the train it seems I'm not the only one
