Shepreth Crossover fault.

On the way back to Cambridge today, the driver announced a delay after we had been stopped, saying we had to go over the crossover slowly. Any idea what has happened?

Or a rail defect or broken rail or a million and one other reasons. unlikely to be a loss of detection though with only a speed restriction.
