After been on nights the last week, contractors are taking line blockages on the UP/DOWN Tinsley between Rotherham Central and Aldwarke for the purpose of survey works before ''construction works'' begin.

After been on nights the last week, contractors are taking line blockages on the UP/DOWN Tinsley between Rotherham Central and Aldwarke for the purpose of survey works before ''construction works'' begin.

Thanks for this. Any ideas whether these blockages result in service trains running wrong line?

No, the blockages at the moment are just been taken inbetween trains, or trains diverted main line via Masbro'. There is not much taffic down there on nights unless traffic is in/out of New Site.
