Sheffield to Cardiff Trip

Bit of a dead week, so I've booked a Megabus from Sheffield to Cardiff, then back again on Arriva Wales to Manchester then East Midlands to Sheffield. What is the journey like to Cardiff on the Megabus, and what about the journey on AW?
