Sheffield conductor assessment

Been for my assessment today I was extremely nervous not being at an interview for 20 years but I think I did OK. The group test was going well untill I was giving my 5 mins of how to make a Northern station better and was told Sheffield is an East Midlands Station but I think my points came across well so its fingers crossed time now.

No mines in Cardiff ,The email I got said there was two parts to the assessment , extended SCAAT TEST and interview 1hr ? Not sure if that’s what you did,
How did it go? I bet your glad it’s over with now

No SCAAT test ours was a group test test then an interview

Perhaps it’s just slightly different with different TOC’S , Hopefully you did well mate interviews are a bit daunting ain’t they

I hope so I really really want this job and interviews are very daunting I felt like a young man going for his 1st job but I put a lot if hrs into revising everything Northern so fingers are well and truly crossed, hope yours goes well and good luck
