Class 466s work the Sheerness Branch now, may be a 508 occasionally for some reason, but mostly Networkers, there are definitely no direct trains to London, although some early and late trains run through to Gillingham on the way to or from depot.
AFAIK only Networkers for a while now on Bromley North, and don't think there is a direct service, although there was some time ago.

Well from Sunday the Sheerness and Medway Valley as well as the Bromley North lines will be solely operated by 466s as southeastern's remaining 508s will go into warm store at Chart Leacon.

But yeah, usually it's a 466, but very rarely a 375/3 is used when there is a shortage of Networkers.

Back in 2003, there was a direct service linking London - Sheerness via Sittingbourne. It ran Monday - Saturday, departing Victoria at 2241, arriving Sheerness 0024.
