I arrived Manchester Airport so took the hourly Crewe stopper to Styal, walked to Handforth (about 25mins) and then bounced via Alderley Edge to Cheadle. My final destination was Stoke so it all came together!
Regret not finding the time for a visit to Quarry Bank Mill near Styal.
