Not a bad day - if a very long one - were it not for the fact that the actual aim had been to secure those two soon-to-be-even-harder-to-get Lincolnshire destinations, Brigg and Kirton Lindsey. Thank-you, Northern for cancelling what would have been my return train (at least I knew before I was stranded!). Oh - and the two termini of the Cleethorpes Coast Light Railway as well, but I don't think I can really count them...

Nice little line with depressingly few visitors. Terminal Stations look well-loved, but a bit too much of the "loco and stock graveyard" look (what is that Peak that looks as if it's been rusting away for the last 30 years?).
Added bonus - thanks to an ailing Crompton - of two new locos for haulage in 1 day. Now, when did I last manage that in the UK?!
