I'm new to this too (around 680 [National Rail] total, 250 since March 2021) and like
ccityplanner12, the station must be an arrival, departure or connection point.
I leave the station too, if there is sufficent time.
Merely being on a train that stops there or feet on the platform to move to a different unit doesn't count in my book.
