Starting 11/12/16 and running SSuX until 12/12/17 appears to be a HOBC working...
It's actually the MOBC (Medium Output Ballast Cleaner) in this case.

Although such trains normally run using STP paths, the MOBC is a
notable exception - when it was based at Fairwater yard(Taunton),
it had nightly WTT paths to run to/from the Coastway line, and it looks
like the same thing applies when it takes up residence at Sevington.

Thanks Mark, do you recon this will be making trips from three bridges to the coast way lines over night then running to Sevington from three bridges in the morning?
Thanks ;)

The 6Y20 working is in the WTT timetable under network rail sector
Can anyone tell me why this has been added? Will there be frequent HOBC workings to three bridges? Doubt it would have been added for no reason
Many thanks

An example being

it has been added because the ballast cleaner is moving to live at Sevington where a new operations base is being built. It will be working on the third rail lines for a while

Took along time for it to turn up here ;)

Awesome. It was working on the Arundel Arundel valley a little while ago. I'm pleased to see it moving closer to my area.
