Yes. And except on some special event days when special fares are being charged, a return the full length of the line acts as a day rover.

55019 is on a Diesel Footplate Experience, which is participants and guests only so may appear to be empty.

The 'Warship' is the advertised diesel passenger loco for today - As noted above, the Deltic is in use on a Diesel Footplate Experience, as described in the roster.
