Is there any way I can look up the prices of season tickets from Sevenoaks to various zones - for example a Sevenoaks - London Zones 4-6, I am trying to see the best combination of a paper ticket from Sevenoaks to a zonal boundary and an oyster ticket for the rest of the journey into London.

A crucial thing to note is that Oyster (or contactless) Pay As You Go is based on the passenger touching-in at the start of their journey, and touching-out at the end.
This requirement doesn't apply to Travelcards loaded on Oyster.
P.S. The 'official' source for season ticket prices is NRE's Season Ticket Calculator.
