Hanham, I find, although I can't say i've ever been there or indeed heard of it beyond perhaps seeing it on the front of a Bus, is suprisingly interesting. Among its interesting features is that Stephen Merchant was born in Hanham and attended local school Hanham High. He is co-writer and co-director of the popular British sitcoms The Office with Ricky Gervais. This was, famously, set in the romantic town of Slough.

Hanham High, incidentally, is a great name for a School, don't you think? I suppose they'd take the no-nonsense approach to discipline.

It is most unlike you to confuse matters, but the previous town that I used was Ravenscar, whereas this one was Runcorn...
