Cambridge university, like Oxford university has a distinct blue.
There was a regiment known as The Blues or the Royal Horse Guards. As a result of review and mergers in 1991 there is now a regiment known as the Blues and Royals who have barracks in both London and Windsor.

Ottery St Mary is the birthplace of the poet Samuel Taylor Coleridge, author of the Rime of the Ancient Mariner. Between 1797 and 1798 he lived in what is now known as Coleridge Cottage, in Nether Stowey, Somerset.
