And there is naff all in Cleethorpes to write about!!!!!!! XD

It still had a lifeboat station the last time that I let First TPE take me there on one of their Class 185 units from Manchester Airport with a very friendly conductor on board, who knew where a very good "fish restaurant" was to be found...:D

The set of postcodes for which the main town is Blackpool also do not use the first letter of the town name (St Albans is AL, Blackpool is FY).

It was meant to link from llangollen, but the post before mine got deleted.

No problem. You are usually very meticulous with your posting entries, so I should have realised that something was amiss.

Manchester also has a tramway system.

Carlton Colville near Lowestoft, is home to the East Anglia Transport Museum (Might I recommend a visit when it's open?) Where you can ride on five Preserved Trams (London HR2 1858, Amsterdam 474, Blackpool Standard 159, Blackpool Vambac 11 and Sheffield 513)

The landscape artist Sir Kyffin Williams was born at Llangefni.

The City of London is sometimes called the "Square Mile"

Blackpool has its "Golden Mile"
