Just out of interest, the churches of Asgarby, Heckington, Helpringham & Scredington in the same group are also named after St Andrew -not because of any Scottish connection, but because Andrew is also the patron saint of fishermen, and before the fens were drained those places were a lot nearer the North Sea - just another useless piece of information!
