Shurdington has a pub called the Cheese Rollers: referring to the local custom -- which quite often comes up here, re Gloucester and environs -- of annually rolling cheeses down nearby Cooper's Hill. It would appear likely (the Internet not found to be of much help here) that the most-often-encountered cheese-themed pub name in England, is the Cheshire Cheese. Apart from the well-known hostelry of that name in London; perhaps unsurprisingly, "Cheshire Cheese"-named pubs would seem largely found in Cheshire and adjoining regions. Middlewich, Cheshire, has a pub called the Cheshire Cheese.
